The two BJP MLAs Asish Saha, Ram Prasad Pal’s intention behind intolerant attack on AMC Commissioner Sailesh Yadav is now bare and open which was solely aimed to continue their benefits from “HAFTA” (Commission).MLA Ram Prasad Pal, known as anti-social element, elevated in a party ticket is however known as rouge but MLA Asish Saha’s expose has been quite shocking but true.A highly reliable source has informed that these two MLAs have applied to Speaker of Legislative Assembly to bring out a Privilege Motion against the upright Officer Sailesh Yadav in the next Assembly Session which is starting on 20/3/2020. Such moves against bureaucrats was never happened in this state but it is just a ploy to demoralize the upright officers of the state so that they can go on with their illegal activities by preventing development, the source said. MLA Asish Saha allegedly wants to stop township project at Kaman Chowmuhani which is nearby his residence because he wants to grab the land and allot it to his cronies.

He is deliberately obstructing Howrah River Front Development Project violating guidelines of the Supreme Court just for petty vote banks. 

Saha doesn’t want families residing illegally inside Howrah river flood zone in violation of Supreme Court and National Green Tribunal orders to get rehabilitated at Radhanagar Abashan just because he will lose 178 votes and his Mandal Yuva Morcha president Pankaj Sukladas who also is illegally residing in Howrah river flood zone causing floods every year, the source informed.

Regarding Gol Bazaar, it has been informed that it is controlled by market committee mafia closely alienated with MLA Asish Saha, who charge illegal fees every month from all shops, all trucks, all fish wholesalers which by conservative estimate runs into at least Rs 1 crore per month.

This mafia is run by 2 people on behalf of MLA Asish Saha and Swapan Saha, Chandan Naha.

Naha is one who filed false police complaint against Sailesh Yadav. He is treasurer of this whole mafia operation.

The Gol bazaar owes AMC at least Rs 7 crore in touji tax for last umpteen number of years. They even don’t pay monthly garbage collection fee of Rs 150/- per shop per month. AMC is cleaning the garbage for free and all money goes to Bazaar Commitees and MLA Asish Saha.

These were in brief the 3 deputation issues which they wanted to discuss. These are the reason which brought MLA Asish Saha and MLA Ram Prasad Pal to violent AMC deputation and to insult AMC Commissioner Sailesh Yadav.
