Although the BJP Govt has assured to solve all the problems of the 10323 teachers but the situation is yet grave as nothing was announced by Govt yet. The terminated 10323 teachers who lost their jobs in High Court and later in Supreme Court in the Left regime, are expected to be appointed or given alternative work opportunities as BJP before coming in power promised so. On the other side, those main petitioners based on whose petition, the 10323 teachers lost their jobs due to irregularities in recruitment have now warned Tripura Govt to recruit them along with 10323 teachers or they will file again a fresh case against the upcoming new recruitments which has designed for the 10323 teachers. Their statement came as in 2014 while cancelling 10323 teachers jobs, Tripura Govt was given option to recruit the petitioners who were deprive of their jobs due to irregularities in recruitment. “Arun Bhowmik, who is now advocate general of High Court must give proper legal advice to the Govt. Also we do not want that there would be any further case against the 10323 teachers in the coming days”, one of the victimized person said.

Ratanlal Nath said that Govt will announce an alternative job for the 10323 teachers by February-March and said Govt is very positive to save them, announcing further that 13000 posts which were created by previous Left Govt was nothing but "Contempt of Court".

“When Ratanlal Nath is saying, the jobs are lapsed, a single cabinet meeting can change the fate of the teachers and Govt can restore those posts”, said Bijan Dhar.

Dhar further said, if BJP Govt needs any help, the CPI-M will be with them but what they promised before the election, they must not forget and should not cheat the 10323 teachers.

The reaction from CPI-M came after recently Ratanlal Nath said, “Govt is making a plan to appoint the 10323 teachers but it can not violate the rules and regulations and can not overrule the High Court, Supreme Court”.
