AGARTALA, Feb 15 (TIWN): Assam Rifles under the aegis of 21 Sector AR conducted a Yoga Camp under ‘Fit India Movement’ at NIT, Bishrambari, District West Tripura on 15 Feb 20 to spread awareness about the ancient practice of Yoga and its benefits on physical, mental and spiritual health and well being.
A total of 245 locals including students and teaching staff attended the camp. Yoga is a traditional Indian exercise about harmonizing the body with mind. The workshop included Pranayam, various Yoga poses and meditation.
