AGARTALA, Jan 24 (TIWN): Boxonagar in Tripura has turned a place of smuggling den from drug smuggling to cow-smuggling.

 Before 2 months ago an honest police official Durga Chandra Hrangkhawl was killed by drug smugglers and now one more incident of police official attack was reported.

On Thursday morning, when Bxonagar police were checking bikes and cars, a Pulsar-150 model ran over a police official named Haripada Das (55).Both of them are allegedly cow-smugglers. 

He is right now admitted in GB hospital.

Rabiul Hossain (30) was handedover to police who was sitting on the back of the bike. One more accused Rakhal Sarkar’s name has been identified after interrogating Rabiul.
