3 CPI-M workers injured in BJP led attacks, hospitalized

AGARTALA, Jan 20 (TIWN): 3 CPI-M workers have been injured in BJP led attacks in Kamalpur, hospitalized in critical conditions.
Amongst the 3 injured persons Ranadeep Deb, a farmers’ unit leader was injured most critically and referred to GB hospital.
Today, CPI-M top leaders met the injured party workers at the GB hospital.
Addressing media, CPI-M senior leader Pabitra Kar said, Ranadeep Deb along with his friends visited CPI-M Kamalpur leader Anjan Das’s home and that was their fault to be beaten by the BJP activists.
The CPI-M leader also said that today the FIR will be lodged against the miscreants.
