AGARTALA, Jan 18 (TIWN): Retired Health Dept employee named Mrinal Kanti Chakraborty died in an accident.

Reportedly, while Mrinal Kanti was walking on the road, suddenly a tripper hit him recklessly.

Locals said the tripper was in high speed and the wheel of the tripper passed over his head. He died before taken to the hospital.

Amid much attempts, there is no respite from road mishaps in this state.

Poor conditions of the roads, increasing vehicles and reckless speed of vehicles are the main reasons behind all accidents.
