AGARTALA, Jan 13 (TIWN): BJP MLA Sudip Barman who termed the unnatural death of Sushanta Ghosh as “Complete violation of Human Rights”, said “Before investigation, propagating the incident as suicide is another crime”.

“Govt must release CCTV footage first or Public will lose trust on Police”, Barman told media.

Sudip Barman said this while addressing media at Lankamura custodial alleged murder victim Sushanta Ghosh’s home.

Referring the abnormal death Sushanta Ghosh in West Agartala PS’s Police custody, Sudip Barman reminds Chief Minister Biplab Deb that he too has a son !

“Except Home Minister, Biplab Deb is also a father………….so I hope investigation will be taken seriously and neutrally”, Barman added.

He further mentioned, such incidents are enough that people lose trust on police. 

On the other side, Immediately after alleged murder of Sushanta Ghosh, Govt lawyer announced "No more ATM related recovery hoped", announced murder as "Suicide". The same I/O is investigating the case still ! Magisterial investigation in which way proceeding can be understood.
