'8 natives killed in Tripura' was FAKE news, portal removed news after verification

AGARTALA, Dec 13 (TIWN): A fake news was circulated in a reputed national media claiming 8 natives were killed in Tripura by Bangladeshi migrants.
Such types of communal hatred generating, fabricated news was removed after state’s journalists and administrations clarified.
It shows that 11.2 K persons shared the Fake News in facebook.
Tripura Govt has suspended internet for long 3 days to stop such types of rumours which could be dangerous if social media was active in state.
The tension was ongoing in Tripura due to CAB’s implementation decision of the Govt of India led a 3 days long blockade in the state.
However, so far 1 person died and another received bullet injuries according to Police. The situation are towards betterment.
