‘CM, MLAs' salaries hiked at Lakhs but for MGNREGA workers only Rs. 15 hike’, says Dalit unit leader

AGARTALA, Dec 6 (TIWN): CPI-M’s Dalit unit Tafashili Jati Unnoyon Samiti leader has hit Tripura BJP Govt on Friday on the oath taking programme organized on Dr B R Ambedkar’s death anniversary saying even though everytime, Chief Minister Biplab Deb after returning form Delhi claiming that massive central funds are being flowed but we are surprised to think where those funds are going ?
The Leftist leader cited example, Tripura Chief Minister’s official car has come costing Rs. 1.15 crore in Indian value and it shows where the central funds are going.
“Chief Minister’s salary increased at Rs. 1.25 lakhs whereas MLAs Rs. 87,000 but for MGNREGA workers it is only Rs. 15”, said the Dalit leader.
