AGARTALA, Nov 20 (TIWN) : Tripura Education Minister Ratan Lal Nath, while addressing the State level folk dance and role play competition in Sukanta Academy said that, the central Govt and state govt jointly have organised many such events for the first time in Tripura to encourage the development of students.

He said, " Students must know dance, role play, sports, yoga and all other things for development. That's why state Govt with central are organising such events. " Nath probably forgot to include Education itself, in the process of all round development of a child. It is to mention that Tripura's quality of education is decreasing day by day after adopting the 'one question for all' scheme in the name of quality of education. With that, the lack of teachers and study materials in Govt school are making it even worse. The Govt has proven themselves as completely failed in the field of Education after taking the decision of closing 961 schools. This decision will be marked as one of the black history of JUMLA Era.

Nath further added, " Even the competition between band parties was splendid. Now the media may ask what's the importance of band party in education. For them I want to say the necessity of it is, Kadam kadam barhaye chaal, which increase the level of patriotism among the students. "
