AGARTALA, Nov 5 (TIWN): The Police Accountability Commission has issued notice to two Police officials in former Minister Badal Choudhury’s harassment case in which Badal Chowdhury’s daughter Shreya Chowdhury has filed a case.

On the other side Badal Chowdhury’s wife Namita Gope has filed a case in GJM court against the torturs were done to her and her husband by ILS Doctors on 30th October from ILS hospital to Police Station. The two ILS Doctors are 2) Archana Jain and 2) Dr. Tamojit Nath.Tamojit Nath is also a top BJP leader apart from his medical career.

At the same time, Badal Choudhury is still admitted in GB hospital, as he is not yet fully recovered.
