Not only the ruling party Ministers, leaders enjoyed inhuman tortures upon former PWD Minister Badal Choudhury, but either starvation punishment to Bru community or broad-day-light torture on a woman or Dalit boy Mangal Das’s custodial brutal murder nothing could move the ruling party. A massive protest rally was conducted in the capital city Agartala on Monday evening, after one after one brutal incidents have hit the state, but no concern of the Government was seen so far.The rally was marched by Tafasili Jati Unnoyon Samiti, a Leftist organization covering Sonamura’s broad day light torture on a woman, killing of her infant.

The rally organizers also raised voice for the recent custodial murder of a Dalit boy Mangal Das (19) at Udaipur’s R K Pur PS whose post mortem was done in night and burnt the body in deceptive manner but so far no action against the Police officer Pritam Dutta was taken. Not a single BJP leader could visited Mangal Das's home till now. 

This 19 years old Dalit boy was brutally murdered in R K Pur Police Station when he was in custody under SI Pritam Dutta in Udaipur, Gomati District. It took a long time to get the post mortem report and yet undisclosed, whereas TIWN has received exclusive videos from sources how in totally illegal manner, R K Pur Police and Gomati District hospital Doctors was involved in doing post mortem of Mangal Das’s dead body in night. According to law, no post mortem is allowed in night whereas these videos are showing how in deep night hours, his body was taken for post mortem.A postmortem is a type of operation which is performed to know the exact cause of death but Mangal’s poor, helpless widow mother could do nothing and she is not aware about rules and regulations whereas being a Doctor how the person allowed post mortem in night, it has raised high suspicious.

Being the Party President and CM, Home Minister both Chief Minister Biplab Deb can not comment against Police’s brutality as Pritam Dutta’s brother Prahar Dutta is BJP’s Chowkidaar and booth President of Khayerpur named Prahar Dutta. So far no action was reported against Pritam Dutta, SI R K Pur Police Station, giving another inhumanity medal to ruling party leaders.

Local sources of Mangal Das’s house has said there is a big reason why the ruling BJP is muted over the issue. The murder accused SI, who is yet to be suspended has via BJP persons have allegedly offered Mangal’s mother Rs. 1 lakhs to withdraw the case. But when she was talking to media on yesterday after former CM Manik Sarkar visited her home, she said that she just want justice for her son.

Deceased Mangal Das, a theft accused was allegedly under target of police under certain mysterious reasons, which has triggered question, whether Mangal was linked to any such issue which may politically affect the ruling party as the ruling party including the present BJP CM remained totally silent over the issue.  On Monday, All India lawyer Union State secretary Haribol Debnath, advocate Bhaskar Debbarma and other members visited victim's house and spoked with his mother, who lost her child just for the aggression of police and seeking for justice.

The Union members have filed complaint to Police Accountability Commission against such illegal acts of police and demanded for immediate action against the barbaric case of killing accused in custody.
