AGARTALA, Nov 3 (TIWN) : When Law Minister Ratanlal Nath is clapping on Tripura Police's illegal and inhuman actions, people are loosing faith on Law and rule. Even in Badal Chowdhury's case Judicial system showed complete negligence on Police's extreme inhuman and barbaric manner towards an ICU patient. In another case where police killed a 19 years old boy in custody, Home Ministry decided to be silent in this barbaric incident too. Such actions from the highest authority of Law and order in state leading people to question, whether there is still any justice existing in Tripura ?

On Saturday evening, a team of lawyers' Union led by Advocate Bhaskar Debbarma met ADGP Rajib Singh and placed deputation stating that proper justice is not been served and demanded immediate action against the barbaric case of killing accused in custody. 

Bhaskar Debbarma while talking to media said, " On 16th October, during Badal Chowdhury's Bail petition in session Court, session-judge gave the result on night 11.30, and 40 accused were taken in custody after the result but they were not given any kind of food that night and this is completely against human rights. We will write a letter to the chief Justice of Supreme Court describing the whole matter." 

The Union also brought out the topic of killing Mangol Das (19) in police's custody in a barbaric way at Radhakishore Pur PS. They demanded for immediate action against SI Pritam Datta of RK Pur PS. Also they gave deputation against another barbaric incident happened in Sonamura where a woman was been harassed in a brutal way. Her child was thrown in river. 

And lastly the Union demanded for proper Justice stating that Tripura's Law and order is getting very poor day by day. 

Advocate Bhaskar Debbarma further said, " We have brought out this topics infront of ADGP along with the illegal arrest of Former PWD Minister Badal Chowdhury, police's brutal inhuman behaviour against him but we are not satisfied with his answers. We will further look after this matters in legal way. "
