AGARTALA, Nov 1 (TIWN): In a major shame for BJP Govt and its police, BJP IT cell has got CCTV footage of West Agartala Police station in an unethical move by OC-Subrata Chakraborty.

It was OC of West Agartala PS Subrata Chakraborty who forced Badal Choudhury to sit with a thief inside lockup and interestingly, within few minutes BJP IT cell received that footage and made them viral.

This incident happened on October 30, when Badal Choudhury was brought from ILS hospital to West Agartala PS ‘by force’ in hospital dress and also Badal Choudhury amid high BP alleged media against Subrata Chakraborty while taken to GB. He and his wife in separate places alleged how they were manhandled.

Legal action might be taken against both the OC and BJP IT cell persons in future, said a source.

Earlier also, Police did the same, when Congress President Pradyot Manikya expressed venture on a person who attacked his own sister and BJP party office displayed that Police station’s footage.

Noteworthy, Subrata Chakraborty was to lose his Job but by crying in High Court, he begged forgiveness for committing perjury in 2014.Chief Justice Deepak Gupta punished this liar Police officer by stopping his 4 promotions and fining cash which is still being deducted from his monthly salary.Perjury means the offense of willfully telling an untruth in a court after having taken an oath or affirmation.
