AGARTALA, Oct 30 (TIWN): In an inhuman and brutal move against opposition party leader Badal Choudhury who indeed maintained "spotless" career till day, Biplab Deb Govt successful crossed the British era in India in displaying brutality against him who has undergone two heart-attacks due to Govt's torture against him without arrest warrant. Today when High Court was hearing the bail petition of former CPI-M Minister Badal Choudhury, Police by force removed Badal Choudhury from ILS hospital amid he is suffering after 2 heartattacks. This move was taken after CM Biplab Deb and his Law Minister Ratanlal Nath and BJP Govt Lawyers claimed that Badal Choudhury is not ill. Even while forcing Badal Choudhury to come out of ILS hospital, no time was given to him to change the ILS hospital's dress and in hospital dress police dragged him in the West Agartala PS aimed to produce him before Special Court when High Court is hearing the bail plea. Also Badal Choudhury's arrest on October 21st itself was illegal as it was done when he was unconscious in ICU by his thumb impression. CPI-M said, if anything happens to Badal Choudhury then this Govt will be responsible.

Shame has bowed public head seeing the brutality of the police, which was nodoubtedly followed by order from the Chief Minister who recently two times claimed Badal Choudhury is not ill but doing drama of illness.

Today High Court is hearing the bail petition of the former PWD Minister who is just a political victim of the BJP Govt as the Govt allegedly turned frustrated of various developments held under this former Minister from Flyover to Court building which are now inaugurated everyday by the BJP Govt.

Badal Choudhury was put in a totally baseless, fabricated case, even claimed by a major section of media that this case has no ground.

Such inhumanity is however, not new in this case as earlier also in the same case, former PWD Chief Engineer Sunil Bhowmik was left foodless, water-less for whole day when a hearing was going on in the District Court on 16th October till night 12 O'Clock. Even Sunil Bhowmik was taken to the Court by force on Pctober 28 from the hospital during court holiday, asking for police remand, although Magistrate denied any hearing.

One day ahead of High Court’s hearing about opposition leader, former Minister Badal Choudhury’s bail petition, State Govt has sent Govt Doctors in ILS Hospital to check Badal Choudhury’s health condition and after few minutes of observation they met the ILS Doctors which was caught by PB24 Channel exclusively and then the Doctors left the hospital and to avoid media they chose the backdoor with a private vehicle.

Although on the first day, the Govt Doctors told media that Badal Choudhury’s condition is not well and accepted incidents of two heart attacks of Badal Choudhury, but this time the doctors chose to enter from the backdoor and totally ignored media and also chose same way to out from the hospital.

However, it has triggered question whether one  day ahead of High Court’s hearing Govt Doctors’ visit is to manipulate the health condition report of the former PWD Minister or not.

It is suspected, because the BJP led state Govt is violating all constitutional guidelines in each step while dealing with Badal Choudhury’s case and the case itself has no ground.
