AGARTALA, Oct 30 ( TIWN ) : Tripura Govt continues to take political revenge in 'Saddam' style. On Monday morning Tripura police dragged former Chief Engineer inhumanly to the Magistrate's Court amid holiday, who was hospitalized by constant torture of police during custody in his illness from hospital. But when he placed in the Magistrate Court, Judicial Magistrate denied to hear BJP Govt Lawyer's plea as the case is under 'Special Court', and only the special Court will observe the whole matter.

After that he has sent to the jail for next 3 days till the court holiday ends on October 30 as Govt Advocates informed. This inhuman activity by Govt. complete indicate on how politically motivated the case it, that they don't even care about a man who just have stepped out from hospital, before putting him on jail just to take revenge on political platform.

It is to mention that retired ailing Chief Engineer Sunil Bhowmik is a serious patient of high BP and Sugar. Because of mental torture and left with any food or water in the custody he fell seriously ill that he  had to get admitted in the hospital immediately.
