AGARTALA, Oct 26 (TIWN): Reacting over CPI-M MLA Badal Choudhury’s critical health condition, CPI-M Tripura State Secretary Gautam Das on Friday has warned the BJP Govt saying if anything further happens to Badal Choudhury, Biplab Deb Govt will be totally responsible for that.

Gautam Das informed, Badal Choudhury’s condition is not well and Doctors have taken him for second MRI.

“It is surprising us, how amid such situations, Govt is trying its best to take him in custody and to produce him in the special court. On the other hands Doctors said that in any condition stress should not come on Badal Choudhury as it may worsen the situations further”, said Gautam Das.

Das also informed that a judge in the special court remained seated whole day for Badal Choudhury on Friday, adding, how brutal a Govt can be.
Das told media, if Badal Choudhury’s situation turned worse than totally liability will go to the Biplab Deb Govt.

Badal Choudhury was arrested on October 21st when he was admitted in ICU. The arrest was held after police lodged FIR against Badal Choudhury in an alleged PWD scam which was filed on the basis of Badal Choudhury was holding the PWD Dept as Minister in 2008, whereas opposition CPI-M and Badal Choudhury’s advocates said that this case has no ground and totally fabricated with political-motivation by ruling BJP.
