AGARTALA, Oct 16 (TIWN): So far it is now clear, unless and until Opposition will take legal actions against Govt employees who are forced for illegal works, there will be no pause from the Govt to attack the opposition and common men illegally either it’s Party office bulldozing by overruling court order or raiding for a former Minister amid Court’s strict objection in a state party headquarter. BJP Law Minister Ratanlal Nath has made it clear almost that Police in Melarmath party office on October 13 raided under Law Dept and Home Dept’s signal as he desperately said, there is no need of any search warrant when the person is a Criminal although, Badal Choudhury is just an accused and far from announced to be Criminal. Court clearly instructed on 13th October that no arrest of Badal Choudhury can be done unless the final hearing comes for the day whereas the final hearing of that day gave interim bail to Badal Choudhury. But violating Court’s order, Executive Magistrate Rinku Reang along with two SDPOs raided Melarmath party office on 13th October 2019.

Advocate Purushottom Roy Barman said that for such illegal actions, the officials may put in problem if legal action is taken, but Ratanlal Nath made it clear that nobody can do anything against the Govt officials or police even legal action if taken.
