AGARTALA, Oct 14 (TIWN): Slamming the BJP for accusing Badal Choudhury as corrupt and hitting police for filing FIR against Badal Choudhury without any proper evidence and gheraoing Melarmath party office whole day in the name of searching Badal Choudhury CPI-M convenor Bijan Dhar said, BJP is talking all ‘Faaltu’ (bogus talks).

Dhar said, such talks can not malign Badal Choudhury’s image to the masses.

“People know who is Badal Choudhury. So don’t even try to malign his image as no fruit will come out of it”, said Dhar targeting BJP.

Today a raid was reportedly held in the Melarmath CPI-M headquarter allegedly without search warrant led by 1) Executive Magistrate Rinku Reang, 2) SDPO Anirban Das, 3) SDPO Druva Nath in search of Badal Choudhury when hearing was going on at District Court and the District Judge ordered to hold the arrest till final hearing, whereas CPI-M legal call said legal action againt these officials likely in coming days who raided the party office violating court’s order.
