AGARTALA, Oct 6 (TIWN): Fire sparked out in a flat at Pragati road when statewide Maha-Saptami night was being celebrated.

This is not the first time, but people who are staying in rent said that many times similar accident took place.

Police suspected due to short circuit it happened, whereas residents alleged no maintenance was done in last many years.

Fire service official said, massive losses happened costing over Rs. 50000 and the owner’s name is Sani Ghosh.
