KAMALPUR, Oct 28 (TIWN) : Seriously injured jawan of BSF 83 Bn., Sriramakrishna (35) from Andhra radesh succumbed to injuries in Kolkata on 25 October last.

This sad news reached here today morning and the DWS department is doing  their best to shed all responsibilities with poor construction of DWS Tank, which collapsed and killed the BSF Jawan. The DWS authority claimed that, the BOP authority of Joshitilla  has used the tank earlier than stipulated period and so for weakness and lack of strength the tank collapsed in the outward pressure of water. However, the BSF authority and local people are not ready to agree with this propaganda of BSF. They are of the view that, due to improper surveillance on the part of the Implementing Engineer Manik Banik, JE, the contractor, did the work at its own will. And so, the tank collapsed on Sriramakrishna. And this incident snatched his life. He was the only earning member of his poor family in Andhra Pradesh.

It is notable that, on 21^st October last, Sriramakrishna of Joshitilla BOP got serious injuries while bathing as the tank collapsed upon him all on a sudden. He was immediately shifted to BSM Hospital and then to Kolkata, where on 25^th he succumbed to injuries.
