Congress sent complaint to ECI against media houses for publishing ‘fake news’ about Congress's internal party issues

AGARTALA, Sep 21 (TIWN): Centering Tripura Congress’s organizational issues, various media were publishing speculation base news content against Congress and State President Pradyot Manikya connecting Sonia Gandhi, Subal Bhowmik, Birjit Sinha and many more figures.
Such news items were also published in national media as well as in state media.
Without taking any statements from Congress leaders, how such news items can be published, Congress has raised question.
Addressing media Subal Bhowmik said such news items are always parts of BJP’s intrigue. Thus Congress has sent complaint to the ECI.
“Media’s voice should be neutral, neither for Ruling nor for Opposition”, said Subal Bhowmik.
