AGARTALA, Sep 21 (TIWN): Tripura’s 4494 schools conducted exams under centralized question papers for first time.
Education Minister Ratanlal Nath has thanked the teachers, department staffs for this achievement.
Addressing media, Education Minister Ratanlal Nath said, “Since Tripura’s history till date 4494 schools TTADC, Madras, SPQEM-Madras covering class-3 to Class-9 half yearly exams have been started”.
“Out of 1,61,160 students total 1,43,811 students appeared in exams for Class-3 to 5 which means 95.44%, from class-6 to class-8 out of 1,67,906 students 1,60,249 students appeared in the test means 95.74%, in class-9 , out of 65,558 students 61,762 students appeared in the exams”, said Ratanlal Nath.
“This exam has been held in festive mode, in Tripura’s history centralized question-papers were never seen. In future, I be alive or not but you will see where the Education system will go”, said Nath.
