KALACHARA (South Tripura), Sep 21 (TIWN): Former MP Jitendra Chadhury on Saturday while addressing in a public gathering at Kalachara in Sabroom District asked what model BJP has created in Tripura in last 18 months ?

Jitendra Chaudhury said, “BJP promised to make a mode state within 3 years. It means 36 months. 18 months already gone and left with more 18 months. What model it is ? Tax hike, poverty, destruction, attack on common men ? No MGNREGA work ? Plan for slashing employees ? Plan to stop social pension and removal of free medical service etc are called model state pattern ?”

The CPI-M leader was addressing in a mass gathering which has been conducted as a part of protest rally at South Tripura District’s Sabroom Subdivision’s Kalachera.

The big protest rally regardless communities gathered led by MLA Prabhat Choudhury.

BJP Govt has removed free medical services with relaxations for BPL families and promising to benefit public with Ayushman Tripura scheme. The protest was against this decision of the Govt.

In Agartala also a separate rally was conducted demanding reinstallation of Free-Medical-Services.
