AGARTALA, Sep 14 (TIWN): PAWSOME an animal welfare ngo, based in Agartala, Tripura received a video from a source about brutally killing of dog by Biswajit Debbarma who is an employee of in DWS water plant, Agartala. This is clear violation of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 & is an punishable offence under IPC act 428, 429. The identified Dog was vaccinated by PAWSOME (ngo) in a vaccination camp in collaboration with Animal Resource Development Department (ARDD), agartala & Agartala Municipal Council (AMC), & is claimed to be a very human friendly Dog. After receiving the evidences, Pawsome lodged an FIR at NCC P.S
