AGARTALA, Sep 10 (TIWN): Tripura ADC has reportedly denied to impose ESMA law’s imposition in that area which was passed by the State Govt recently in the Assembly which was passed amid oppositions’ walk-outs. Maximum lands in Tripura are under ADC however.
Also, ADC has slashed Govt decision’s of imposing fee-charts in the ADC hospitals.
When Hospital fee issues are working against the good image of the Govt of Tripura ahead of by-election, decision of CPI-M Governed ADC authority also to affect ADC vote-banks of BJP.
ADC CEM Radhacharan Debbarma has announced this decision, saying, ‘ADC does not believe in People’s Killing theory”.
On September 3rd, amid oppositions’ protests, walkouts Tripura Assembly has passed the Essential Services Maintenance Act (ESMA) Bill which directs Govt and Private employees to continue services without any disruption.
This bill to empower police to arrest people in service who disrupts works in various means and this arrest will be without warrant, but this bill has added private employees in Tripura.
