Tripura University VC Dharulkar 'forced to resign' for bribery, Prof Sangram Sinha taken charge as new VC

AGARTALA, Sep 7 (TIWN): As per News Vanguard, after ‘Operation White Collar’ caught in camera Vice Chancellor Dharulkar asking for 10% bribe, corrupt VC was forced to resign, Prof Sangram Sinha taken over as new VC.

So, finally, damaging Tripura Central University’s reputation VC VL Dharkrkar has reportedly resigned. After Tripura University Vice Chancellor Vijaykumar Laxmikantrao Dharurkar was exposed for his Printing scam which shows the VC is grabbing share of University project funds with 10% Commission in a sting operation by local TV channel “News Vanguard” the VC has reportedly resigned. At 6 pm prof Sangram Sinha has taken the charges of VC. Earlier also various allegations came against the Vice Chancellor recently. The University has dropped its position under this VC.

The latest scam was exposed first time by a  local News Channel named “News Vanguard” which has exposed the VC in an exclusive operation where VC is demanding 10% commission from the University’s one of the printing project. It has been shown that VC operates these transactions directly in cash, which itself is a big scam.

The main question why the transaction should be in cash, by not maintaining transparency.

VC in this secret operation is asking Surendra Shethia, the contractor of printing works of the University 10% commission from the work. This video released by “News Vanguard” named Operation-White-Collar has created turmoil in the University and now public are demanding suspension and punishment of the Vice Chancellor.
