AGARTALA, Sep 6 (TIWN): Various deaths, recovery of dead bodies, accidents were reported on Thursday in Tripura.
In a horrifying incident, when a family rushed to see an accident, a baby was left in the home and it died by drowning. The incident took place at Baidyadighi area of Bishalgarh sub-division at around morning 10 am. The baby was taken to GB hospital but could not survive. The 4 years old baby who died was Titash Chakraborty, S/O-Milan Chakraborty.
The accident of Baidyadighi area killed one Class-VIII student Bapan Mia after he was hit by a van. Infront of school, reckless driving is responsible for this innocent’s death.
The driver was beaten severely, later police rescued him.
In Manu Bazar, a retired teacher Gopal Chandra Pal (75) who was in morning walk was hit by a bike which was riding by Sagar Debnath (26). Both of them were seriously injured, whereas Gopal Chandra Pal passed away and Sagar Debnath survived but in critical situation at the TMC hospital.
In Kamalpur Tirumbamchara area, a headless body has been recovered which has generated massive tension.
