AGARTALA, Aug 20 (TIWN): One Communist activist has been killed brutally in Tripura on Monday, erupted panic among the people, resentment among CPI-M supporters.

The deceased has been identified as Nakul Saha (40), resident of Village-Naba Tilla of Amtali, Agartala.

Two of the deceased’s family members are now critically injured in the attack.

Pushparani Saga (85), mother-in-law of the deceased and Gopal Banik (50) are admitted in GB hospital in critical situation. Wife of the dead communist leader was also injured.

CPI-M has blamed BJP for this brutal murder. 

Total 8 persons have been injured in this incident.
