AGARTALA / NEW DELHI, Aug 2 (TIWN): Chief Minister cum BJP State President Biplab Deb has congratulated BJP kariyakartas after 98.38% seats in local body elections came in BJP’s bag.

Addressing media, Biplab Deb said, “In the three-tire Panchayat election, BJP has made new record, created history. Out of 8 Jila Parishad, 8 have been won by BJP. It was 100% winning. In 35 Panchayat Samitis 100% winning of BJP was recorded. BJP in Gram Panchayat election won 98.38% votes. Congress won 1.68% seats whereas Communists have scored zero”.

“This historical winning has proven PM Modi, Amit Shah, J P Nadda led Govt at Centre is working in correct direction and State Govt is successful to implement all schemes properly and going in the right paths”, added Deb.

“In coming days Congress’s 1.6% winning also should not remain”, said Deb to his BJP kariyakartas.

He asked his kariyakartas to work under PM Modi’s ideology by heart and to reach out people.
