AGARTALA, Aug 2 (TIWN): Hitting new generation doctors’ continuous complaints about lack of infrastructure in Govt hospitals, Chief Minister Biplab Deb while addressing on the occasion of foundation day in the Govt Medical College in his state referred the Indian doctors who could know the patient’s problem even without any machine and by checking just nerves.
He said, if a good X-Ray machine is given to a good doctor, s/he can understand the root cause but if nothing is inside the doctor’s brain, then CT-scan, MRI will not help him / her.
It can be mentioned here, even in Tripura few private organizations / nursing homes in the name of MRI and various tastes looting patients. Govt’s attention in that direction is needed.
Also in many Govt hospitals doctors are hardly seen as they are busy with private chambers.
