KAILASAHAR, Oct 23 (TIWN): ‘In recent past the Bishalgarh scam and then the NRHM scam in Unakoti district has shattered the people of the state. But the so-called clean and transparent State Govt. is leaving no stone unturned to safeguard the accussed officials, so that the corrupted party leaders may be safeguarded.

To unearth the corruption and scams hidden in almost every centrally sponsored schemes, we strongly demand the probe of CBI and CAG in every block and centrally sponsored schemes.’ Expressing his deep concern and resentment against the present scams and inactiveness of the State Govt. the CPIM(L) State Committee Member Advocate Chiranjib Bhattacharjee uttered those words in the Press Meet at Kailasahar yesterday. Besides he expressed deep concern on the increasing violence on women and on the fate of 10,232 teachers. He claimed o behalf of his Party, that the State Govt. should ensure stringent measures against such heinous and barbaric efforts.
