AGARTALA, July 28 (TIWN): A 16 years minor, divyang girl was allegedly raped by 29 years man in Tripura, caught red-handed and beaten by locals.

The incident took place at Takmachara’s Sharat Chandra Para under Santir Bazar subdivision in South Tripura.

Allegation raised against Tirtha Debbarma, son of Anil Dev Barma.

Tirtha’s home is nearby the victim’s home. When victim’s family members were not at home, taking the opportunity he raped her.

The victim’s mother caught him red-handed. Locals handedover him in police station.
