BISHALGARH, July 5 (TIWN): In one more incident under increasing crime against women, a housewife attempted to commit suicide at Bishalgarh by setting fire on her body.

The housewife named Soma Debbarma after suffered from various mental and physical tortures was bound to do that, said her parental relatives.

Soma Debbarma, resident of Aralia’s Chelikhola was married before few months with Litan Naha at Kalamchara, but soon after marriage she was suffering from mental and physical tortures by her husband.

In this situation, Soma set herself in fire.

Immediately she was admitted in Bishalgarh hospital, but with her declining health has now referred in GB. Her situation is much critical.

Husband Litan Naha has been arrested.
