AGARTALA, June 13 (TIWN): Ahead of Yoga Day, the Assam Rifles has kicked off Yoga campaigning in Tripura schools.
21 Assam Rifles conducted a Yoga Camp at Berean Higher Secondary School in Mandai, West Tripura on 12 June 2019 to spread awareness on mental health and fitness. A total of 350 students , teachers, ladies and village elders attended the camp. Yoga is a traditional Indian exercise about harmonizing the body with mind. The workshop included Pranayam , various Yoga poses and meditation. School Authority and locals expressed their gratitude and appreciated the commitment of Assam Rifles. Such campaigning to be continued in coming days by Assam Rifles.Add your Comment
