AGARTALA, June 13 (TIWN): Ahead of Yoga Day, the Assam Rifles has kicked off Yoga campaigning in Tripura schools.

21 Assam Rifles conducted a Yoga Camp at Berean Higher Secondary School in Mandai, West Tripura on 12 June 2019 to spread awareness on mental health and fitness. A total of 350 students , teachers, ladies and village elders attended the camp. Yoga is a traditional Indian exercise about harmonizing the body with mind. The workshop included Pranayam , various Yoga poses and meditation. School Authority and locals expressed their gratitude and appreciated the commitment of Assam Rifles. Such campaigning to be continued in coming days by Assam Rifles.
