AGARTALA / NEW DELHI, June 10 (TIWN): In this year 2019 Tripura Board of Secondary Education (TBSE) Madhyamik Examination has brought a revolution with achievement of a ‘divyang’ boy Pralay, who by writing with his feet not only bagged first division in Madhyamik exam but also scored letter marks in two subjects. This viral news has motivated not only people across Tripura, but also it motivated people of the country. The name of the dibyang boy is Pralay Dey. When state Tripura is suffering through various problems, Pralay has shown how to battle against the toughest winds and stormy ways of life. Chief Minister Biplab Deb today has met this super-talented boy Pralay and announced not only scholarship but till Pralay completes his higher higher studies in any field, Govt will bear the expenditure. Addressing media, Biplab Deb said, “His hardworks has placed him in this position. Today he has achieved a confidence level which will help him to move ahead towards a better future”.This dibyang student studied in Matabari school at Udaipur, who by born don’t have hands. His father Sujan Kumar is a daily wage worker and mother Putul Guha is home-maker.

“Since birth must be Pralay was pushed back by all with negativity by people surrounded him but how to overcome such problems, Pralay has show that”, said Biplab Deb.

“Today there is no more example before me to address about the motivations in life. Pralay himself has cited example”, said Biplab Deb.

Biplab Deb announced that Pralay who is getting already allowance at Rs. 600 now already Govt has increased at Rs. 1000. Then Govt will identify the suitable benefits for him under Social Welfare Dept and scholarships will be given to Pralay.

“Whatever Pralay wants to study, Govt will bear the whole expenditure up to Higher studies”, Biplab Deb told media.
