AGARTALA, June 7 (TIWN): Agartala-Sabroom Railway service likely to be started from this month, if everything on the right track.

In the last week on June 2019, the railway service may be started.

Work on laying tracks have been completed already. If permission is granted then people of Sabroom (South Tripura District) can have this facility in this month.

Also there is a Maitri bridge being built on the Feni river which will be connected with Bangladesh. The railway line likely to end nearby the Feni river.
