NEW DELHI / AGARTALA, May 26 (TIWN): Chief Minister Biplab Deb is planning to reshuffle the cabinet and he is trying to take the permission from the centre.

However, under BJP’s regulation, the Central BJP will only take such decision and without their permission, Biplab Deb can’t do anything, said source.

State and National media both have pointed the rivalry between Biplab Deb and Health Minister Sudip Barman.

However, Sudip Barman is the most efficient Minister of the cabinet and only till day Sudip Barman could place his report card twice in last 14 months.
