AGARTALA, May 25 (TIWN): One day after the Lok Sabha Election result was announced, Congress’s West Tripura MP candidate Subal Bhowmik has rejected to accept the election process citing Udaipur Matabari centre, where Congress has received “0” vote. Addressing media, Subal Bhowmik said, “Those who are gripped in celebration and out of celebration, homes are being broken, you are setting fires on public property, burning Congress offices, beating people, attempting to murder and uncountable people have sent in the hospital, forcing people to leave houses, let me tell you that this victory is not real. In Udaipur, Fulkumari Anganwadi centre Matabari constituencies 24 No-booth out of 880 votes, BJP has got 703 votes and Congress has got nothing, whereas the Trinamool Congress has got 64 votes. But that booth was under Congress ruled Panchayat. The EVMs were under EC’s custody for long one month, what answer the EC will give ?”“Thus, the victory for which you have become just wild elephants, terrorizing people, destructing everything that victory itself is a farce”, said Subal Bhowmik.

Noteworthy, West Tripura Election was manipulated, booths were 100% captured and now oppositions’ are suspecting EVM exchange like UP like states as the West Tripura candidate Pratima Bhowmik on the re-poll day (12th May) said “Don’t worry, all votes are going to Modi”.

On the other side, Tripura Congress President Pradyot Manikya has urged the post-poll violence victims to lodge FIR immediately and to submit in the Congress Bhawan with lists of their damaged properties and medical expenses. Congress has started preparation to move in Supreme Court demanding compensation for each victim, urging to contact with Congress leaders.
