AGARTALA / NEW DELHI, May 11 (TIWN): Special Observer of Election Commission, Vinod Zutshi is back in Tripura, one day ahead of re-poll in 168 booths at the West Tripura constituency, who became overnight hero in Tripura on 23rd April after conducting free and fair election in Tripura during East Tripura Election, overcoming various challenges like damages done to the CCTV camera etc.
Tomorrow voting for 168 booths will be started from 7 am and it will continue till 5 pm.
But tension erupted as already BJP started haunting voters, attacked oppositions and security forces were not deployed even when less than 24 hours left for the election.
Congress MP candidate Subal Bhowmik said in a press conference at the Congress Bhawan that Congress is hopeful as Vinod Zutshi has promised not a single voter will be deprive of their voting rights.
