AGARTALA, May 4 (TIWN): In another jolt for Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb and his party BJP, journalist Saikat Talapatra who was arrested on April 28 illegally by West Tripura Police from Agartala Airport has filed a case against the unknown mobs (females) who held a planwise attack by covering their faces in the court on April 29.

Today CJM court has accepted the plea of the case acceptance. The case number is 84/2019.

In a planwise attack, few women (BJP supporters) by covering their faces have attacked Tripura’s arrested  media person Shaikat Talapatra at the court premise in front of police. ShaikatTalapatra is just an accuse for a facebook post but he criticized indirectly the Chief Minister and shared few news. On April 29 he was produced before the court and sources and he got bail on yesterday amid police’s attempt to keep him in jail custody.

Shaikat’s arrest was a part of ongoing arrests of various people including a police constable Jamal Hossain after they shared news about Chief Minister Biplab Deb’s ongoing divorce case in court at Delhi, whereas Biplab Deb didn’t dare to file any case against any national media houses which are still strict to their stand that Biplab Deb is undergoing divorce case with wife, which proves the news have been 100% true.

In another separate case, Tripurainfoway.com Editor Saumen Sarkar has achieved victory against Tripura Police as CJM court has rubbished all fake allegations brought against him and his media.
