After ‘Raping’ Democracy on poll day, Biplab asks people not to take ‘Law’ in hand in Doctor-beating case

AGARTALA, April 12 (TIWN): After a shocking Lok Sabha Election held in Tripura for the first time with 100% booth capturing under planning of BJP President of Tripura cum Chief Minister Biplab Deb and MP candidate Pratima Bhowmik, today Biplab Deb has called for “Law and Order” in state Tripura in Doctor-beating case at IGM hospital.

Recently a doctor Dipankar Debnath was beaten severely by a patient party followed by another attack on Doctor at Sabroom.

Addressing in a press conference, Biplab Deb asked people not to take law in hand and if necessary to go to the court.

“If any negligence in duty is found to have been undertaken by the doctors, necessary action will be taken against them but in no case shall the State Government allow anyone to take law into their hands. We shall undertake all necessary steps to create a secured and conducive environment to ensure that medical professionals in Tripura can undertake their duty in the most diligent manner”, said Biplab Deb in social media update. 

However, Health Minister Sudip Barman has confirmed nobody was arrested in Doctor-beating case at Sabroom.
