AGARTALA, April 10 (TIWN): Chief Minister Biplab Deb, BJP General Secretary Pratima Bhowmik’s open warnings against the opposition are resulting as in front of police CPI-M MP Jitendra Chaudhury’s rally was stopped today at Teliamura.
Already statewide a tensed situation has been created and opposition families threatened not to go to be booths.
So far election commission’s role has been unsatisfactory. In this crisis situation CPI-M has urged common men to go fearlessly to cast votes.
Chief Minister Biplab Deb said, “This time, I got the opportunity. I will teach lesson to the opposition”.
Pratima Bhowmik, the biggest criminal of Tripura’s politics said, “BJP kariyakartas will become Chowkidaars of booths and Jamanat-Jabd of the opposition is guaranteed. It’s good, we got two days for the election, which will help us more”.
