Taidu (Tripura), April 5 (TIWN): CPI-M MP Jitendra Chaudhury was attacked by IPFT hooligans during a rally in presence of police at Taidu.

Centering the Lok Sabha Election, the CPI-M MP was campaigning and after 15 minutes of his speech a brutal attack took place in his rally.

CPI-M and the security force present at there controlled the situation.

Many CPI-M supporters were injured in the attack.
