AGARTALA, April 2 (TIWN): 75 years old CPI-M leader Rana Bahadur Debbarma’s brutal murder allegedly by IPFT miscreants have been condemned statewide.
The last tribute to the killed CPI-M leader was given at Melarmath CPI-M Headquarter by CPI-M leaders and supporters.
Addressing media, MP Jitendra Chaudhury said, “This was not the first attack by communal political party hooligans but earlier from ATTF to Amra Bangali all have attacked him. In attacks, his one leg was left disable for lifetime. It proves, CPI-M always worked for the people and battled against such communal politics”.
The MP further criticized the hatred-politics, saying such hatred in politics can’t be encouraged.
“Not only IPFT, but BJP is too busy in such type of politics which is not good for our state as well as our country”.
Rana Bahadur Debbarma who was beaten allegedly by IPFT on March 16, breathed his last on yesterday at TMC hospital.
