AGARTALA, March 29 (TIWN): CPI-M conducted massive rally at Kedachara (North Tripura) for CPI-M MP Jitendra Chaudhury on Friday.
A public rally was conducted followed by a rally of the supporters across Khedachara.
During the programme, 6 BJP and IPFT local leaders have joined CPI-M.
Addressing the gathering, MP Jitendra Chaudhury said, “BJP is ruling the country since 2014 and created autocracy and communal disharmony allover the country”.
“This Govt is totally fascist, asking vote on the basis of patriotic words, whereas in reality the Govt is totally an undemocratic govt”, he said.
He further took a dig at BJP which had criticized CPI-M for 700 social pension and promised Rs.340 wage, 50000 govt jobs in first year whereas after the election, BJP has stopped social pension and now 150 wage is becoming tough to distribute and job recruitment were stopped.
