AGARTALA, March 17 (TIWN): Till Saturday, two parties in Tripura have given candidates for the upcoming Lok Sabha election.

CPI-M has renominated two sitting MPs : 1) MP Jitendra Chaudhury (East Tripura) and 2) MP Shankar Prasad Dutta (West Tripura).

IPFT has also announced two candidates : 1) NC Debbarma (East Tripura, 2) S.Noatia (West Tripura).

Now state is eyeing for BJP and Congress’s candidates. However, IPFT is still in negotiation with MP seat-sharing with BJP.

Tripura Lok Sabha Election will be conducted in two phases on April 11 and April 18.
