AGARTALA, March 10 (TIWN): Tripura Deputy Chief Minister Jishnu Dev Barman has slammed Manik Sarkar led previous CPI-M Govt which was claimed as ‘Golden Era’.

Dev Verman said, ‘That Golden Era was the biggest ever Jumla. Indeed a Maha-Jumla’.

Jishnu Dev Barman hit CPI-M Govt alleging wrong economic policy claiming that 1600 crores as deficit and 12900 crore rupees of debt is nothing but Maha-Jumla.

Jishnu Dev Verman was addressing in a programme conducted by BMS at Agartala when he said so.

Taking a dig at the Congress, Jishnu Dev Verman said, Congress always made fun of BJP, Janata Dal whether we can come in power or not.

He also claimed that BJP’s NITI and NETA both are ideal.
