AGARTALA, March 3 (TIWN): Congress new President Pradyot Manikya on Saturday has asked his Congress members not call any indigenous people as Upa-Jati, rather to call them Jana-Jati.

At the same time he raised question, why a Muslim leader from Congress would address for the Muslims ? Why forgetting all religions, leaders can not address all people in general ?

“I always have seen, only Muslims only speaking for Muslims ? Why can’t I speak ? We all have to speak for our brothers. This country doesn’t belong to a particular religion. We all have to united”.

He further said, SC community will get justice and honour once Congress will come in power and the SC community will not be under any vote bank politics.
