AGARTALA, Feb 28 (TIWN): Like other promised, Assam Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma also promised the SSA teachers that they will be regularized.

Addressing in a press conference, SSA Association Secretary Bastab Debbrama told media, they have only demands which is “regularization” along with the demand of hike of salary at 2.5 factor like other regular employees. “During our agitation CM Biplab Deb, Education Minister Ratanlal Nath, Minister NC Debbarma, Sunil Deodhar, Assam Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, NC Debbarma all were present, attended the agitation on that Anashan-Stage. Their demand also was about “Regularization” of SSA teachers”.

Before the Lok Sabha election all of their demands will be fulfilled, was promised by Himanta Biswa Sarma.

In Vision Document, published by Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, with bold letters BJP promsied, "Regularization of all contractual Govt employees", but nothing will be done so far and thus trying to stop the movement of SSA, whereas before the Election Biplab Deb, Ratan Lal Nath, Sunil Deodhar, NC Debbarma all had shed crocoldiles' tears for SSA teachers' regularization.

On the other side, Assam govt has already been given 34 expired SSA teacher's family to 5 lakh.
